Mar tobb eve tervezek egy turat a bukki idoszakos forrasokhoz, csak mindig tavasszal jut eszembe, hogy maar megint lemaradtam az alkalomrol. Az idoszakos forrasok ugyanis hoolvadas idejen ‘uzemelnek’, ami februar-marciusra teheto.
En most hirtelen es fejbol ket iyen forrast ismerek: a Vorosko-forrast es az Imo-forrast. Ezek a forrasok a Bukk-fennsik DNy-i oldalaban talalhatok. A Vorosko-forras ugy van kiepitve, hogy nagy hozam eseten gejzir-szeruen, akar 2m magasra is fel tud szokni a sugara (lasd a mellekelt kepen). Az Imo-forras egy barlanguregbol tor elo, nagy hozam eseten teljesen kitoltve azt. Szoval oket szeretnem vegigjarni.
Upsz es most talatam egy ujabbat: a Fekete-len forrast, ezt meeg en sem lattam. Akko maar Ot is. ;)
Turautvonalnak kb. a kovetkezot gondoltam: Hereg-ret, K+, Tamas-kutja, K, Fekete-len forras, Ko, Lok-volgy, Imo-forras, K+, Toldi-kapu, Toldi-kunyho, (jelzetlen), Voros-koi forrasbarlang, Voros-ko idoszakos forras, Cerepes-ko-lapa (picit meredek), K, Cerepes-ko-bg, K, Oserdo, Kis-Viragos-hegy, K, Tar-ko, K, Harom-ko, Kohat-lapa (jelzetlen), Z, Zo, K+, Hereg-ret.
Ha jonnel, kerlek mindenkeppen vedd fel elotte a kapcsolatot velem. Egyreszt, hogy tudjam, hogy mennyien leszunk, masreszt, hogy optimalisan el lehessen osztani a kocsikat.
Esokabat es elemlampa mindenkinel legyen, hogy elkeruljuk az esot valamint a ranksotetedest. :)

Hi,
You might know or you might not that Bükk is the highest montain of Hungary. I mean that the highest peak, Kékes (1014m) is certainly placed in Mátra but Bükk has a quite big contiguous high area called Bükk-fennsik (Bükk plateau) that contains several peeks around 900m.
As Bükk is maid of limestone it contains several caves and holds other karst forms. Among others several springs. Though the discharge of all springs depends on the weather and first of all the precipitation there are some ones that function only a definite part of the year. These ebbing and flowing springs function typically at the time of snow melting, which is around March in Hungary.
On the SW side of Bükk plateau we can find more of such springs that funcion almost only after winter. The Vöröső-forrás is said to be the most attractive of them as in the middle of its season it could spouts up 2m high its water (see the picture). The Imó-forrás could emit the most amount of water. It looks like a cave-entrance at its inactive period but the whole ’entrance’ is filled with water if it is active.
So I plan to visit these sprigs. You are welcome to see a little miracle of the Hungarian nature with me. :)
